Along the road to Tonle Sap there are many of these “resorts” where the locals go for a bit to eat and drink, and to veg-out in hammocks for the day.  They are very popular on weekends and evidently quite crowded. It really looks like a bit of fun though I'd expect a "large-nose" would have some problems if they didn't speak the local language.
