This is, I think, the Municipal Theater behind the Lam Son Park in downtown HCMC. I didn't keep good notes while here and didn't mark down just where we visited on our walks. This is a very refined park and the building is quite beautifully preserved. It's a little peaceful retreat in the middle of town.
