This is the Tran Nguyen Hai Statue and traffic circle, one of the main roundabouts in HCMC's downtown area. This is a Saturday so the traffic is much lighter than on weekdays. Notice all of the traditional advertising for modern shopping experiences. I think this indicates the right ratio of cars to motor scooters.
