This is the Capela de Sao Miguel, the campus chapel just next to the library.We arrived shortly after a wedding.What a great place to have a wedding; the beauty and stateliness of the place gives it a good feeling.
The bright tile work of the floors, walls and ceiling prove that the Portuguese will tile anything that doesn’t move.Obviously, if you’ve seen our house, we love tile, but they do go over the top in Portugal.
